DELIVERY


Delivery time
After receiving the order, the goods will be sent from the warehouse where the goods are physically located. Delivery time, depending on the country to which we make delivery, is the following:

Standard
USA: 4-14 business days
Worldwide: 21 business days after shipping (delays are possible due to influx of parcels worldwide and Covid 19 social distancing regulations)
At the request of the buyer, we can send the goods by express delivery. In this case, shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Express
2 to 6 business days after shipping
We will take care of providing you with online tracking: you can track your parcel online using the tracking number we will send you. If you have not received an email with the tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact support@timeformachine.com.

Contactless deliveries
We are concerned about the health of our customers. That is why we offer you contactless courier delivery.
Our postal/courier services carry out delivery without requesting of the recipient's signature, which will allow you to receive the parcels with minimal physical contact and social distance.



EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

 

RETURN OF GOODS

The goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and you can receive the purchase amount, or replace it with goods of equal value, in the case of the following mandatory conditions for delivery of goods:

  • receipt by the seller of the goods back in the warehouse;
  • receiving confirming information from the buyer about the purchase of goods (order number);
  • goods in the original packaging;
  • goods in a complete package;
  • goods with preserved product appearance and undamaged packaging (without scratches, traces of use, liquids, physical damage).

Goods returned after 14 calendar days after the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase, are not subject to exchange or refund.

If the reason for the return of the goods turned out to be too large amount of customs payments, we ask you not to take any measures, that is, do not pick up the goods, do not pay customs payments.

REFUNDS (IF MENTIONED)

We will notify you when we receive the item you returned. Please wait from 2 to 4 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in our warehouse, while we check the returned goods and decide whether the goods are subject to exchange or full refund.

If all the above conditions are met for the return of the goods, we will refund you back to the account from which the payment was made.

The amount of money returned for the purchase does not include the cost of transportation, order processing and any taxes, duties and fees.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and charges collected by the jurisdiction in which the products are supplied, including, but not limited to, any sales or use taxes, value added taxes, or other tariffs.

DELAYED/ABSENT REFUND (IF MENTIONED)

If the refund has not been made within the specified number of days, please check your current account. If the refund has not been credited to your checking account, contact your bank, as it may take extra time for the funds to be credited to your account. There is also often a delay in processing before making a return.

PROMOTIONAL GOODS

Only goods of full value are subject to exchange/return.

EXCHANGE (IF MENTIONED)

The only items to be exchanged/returned are those that you received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item, please contact us by email: info@timeformachine.com

We review your claims within 72 hours of receipt and let you know if your item is exchangeable.

COSTS OF PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Payment of all costs for shipping and packaging of returned goods is the responsibility of buyers. We deduct shipping, packaging and handling costs from the amount refunded to you. Delivery times for your returned items may vary as they are shipped from different warehouses.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen goods.

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE/BROKEN PARTS

We are working on making the assembly of our models satisfying and joyful fot our customers. If during the assembly of our models a certain part received unintentional damage, we will be happy to replace it for you.
Here’s what you need to do:

  • Send us your order number.
  • Photo of a broken/damaged part.
  • Your delivery address.

We will be happy to send you a new item. Please wait for delivery from 10 to 30 working days, as all spare parts for our models are sent directly from the warehouse.

PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS

After receiving the order, the goods will be sent from the warehouse where the goods are physically located. Delivery time, depending on the country to which we make delivery, is the following:

  • USA - 2-7 working days;
  • Europe - 14-25 working days;
  • CIS countries - 14-25 working days;
  • Asia - 14-25 working days;
  • other countries - 18-25 working days.

Standard shipments worldwide are made at the seller’s expense (excluding taxes, customs and other charges in your country).

At the request of the buyer, we can send the goods by express delivery. In this case, shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

When ordering goods, the buyer makes a 100% prepayment for the goods.

Methods of payment: by bank card on the website, through the payment system PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express.
