RADIO-CONTROLLED MODEL FOR SELF-ASSEMBLING
Soviet medium tank from World War II times. The T-34 tank had a huge influence both on the outcome of the war and on the further development of world tank building.
The design of T-34-85 was based on the T-34 mass-produced tank of 1942. As the war continued, more powerful weapons were needed, but at the same time the resources were running out. So a new turret had to be designed for the new cannon, and it was necessary to make the tank lighter without losing its strength. In October 1943, the design bureau came up with the design of a new turret for a tank within 3 days of 24/7 work. Both the 85 mm cannon and structural improvements substantially strengthened the tank's combat effectiveness.
The T-34 has a distinctive sloping front armor of its body. This effect helped to cut down on the tank's weight. Such inclined arrangement of armor plates is sometimes still used in the development of modern tanks.
The tank is also easily recognizable by the large-diameter rollers that ensure its speed. The driving wheel is at the back, which is also recreated in our model. Our model comes with a remote control which has a turret rotation button, 4 buttons to control the tracks and speed mode switch with 3 speed modes.
